Who wants to live forever?

Highlander - The Director`s Cut is a brilliant film. The story and acting captures the viewer from the start, and embraces you right to the end. Another thing about this movie which is beautiful and brilliant, is when it jumps from the presence to the past and the opposite. This is masterly filmed and very creative every time. Highlander has a fantastic story with
no holes in it, backed by a very fitting and wonderful score by Queen, and actors that is very believable in their performances. Christopher Lambert plays his best role as MacLoud - the man who discovers that he is immortal.
Sean Connery is Ramirez - another immortal, and he teaches MacLoud his skills as a swordfighter and prepares him for the final battle between the immortals. I wish most films could have such an original and great story.
This movie is a masterpiece, and they should have left it alone as a single film without making those sequels that puts holes in a perfect story. Highlander is old, but the image is still good and way better than any VHS I`ve seen. The audio is also good. Highlander should be in every moviecollection. This movie has to land on a top score - 6.
