GET READY FOR A NIGHT OF EVIL TERROR!
Halloween is John Carpenter`s best movie, and one of the all time greatest horrorclassics. Halloween started a new aera in horrorfilms. Rip-offs has been made by the hundreds, but none of them can compare to Halloween and Michael Myers.
Michael Myers is one of the best horrorfigures ever, because he is soundless, very patient, unpredictable, pure evil and strong as a bull.
He never talks, he appears out of the shadows, and disappears just as fast. He plays with people, he enjoys killing, but he also like to delay the actual kill, as to prove to himself how easily he could have done it. He is one psycho son of a bitch. Halloween builds suspence and terror masterly. The creepy score by John Carpenter gives the film the perfect atmosphere. Halloween is an exciting and creepy movie. Too bad they don`t make movies like this anymore. Get ready for a night of terror. This is the limited edition 2 DVD set, and the picture and sound has been remastered and digitalized for the ultimate viewing experience. It contains the theatrical and the television version of the movie either in widescreen or pan and scan. Don`t watch this movie in pan and scan! It also contains a tremendous half hour documentary with interviews, as well as trailers, tv-spots, radio-spots and two picturegallery`s. If you like horrormovies, this movie is a must have. Halloween is one of my favourite movies. Halloween 2 is a direct continuing, and is also recommended. Only the best points for this classic, - 6.
