PINK ISN`T WELL HE STAYS BACK AT THE HOTEL

Roger Waters masterpiece and one of all time greatest albums The Wall, is brilliantly told by Alan Parker`s unique filming and Gerald Scarfe`s political animations. Bob Geldof is great in the performance of his life as Pink. He actually recorded the vocals he had to do for this movie. The Wall is told through the music of Pink Floyd and deals with a Rockstar who is on the edge of a mental breakdown. We follow him as he deals with his life from childhood ( loosing his father in the second world war ), to his imaginary powerdemonstration over his mindless audience as a dictator. Finally he has built a wall between himself and his feelings, as well as the rest of the world. It is a mans journey into madness, and the climax is his selftrial where all the people who contibuted building the wall, comes forward to testify against him. The Wall have never looked nor sounded as good as it does on this DVD from Sony Music. It is also loaded with exstras. It is propably 10 years since the last time I saw this movie, but the album is memorised a long time ago. I`ve always been a great fan of Pink Floyd, and I have seen them live twice. The Wall is an artmovie, and one of all times most important ones too. To own this masterpiece on DVD is great and every Pink Floyd fan should get a copy right away. This movie is awesome, a truly classic and an obvious perfect score - 6.
