WHAT STARTED OUT TO BE A FRIENDLY JOURNEY, SOON TOOK THE WRONG TURN!
Thelma & Louise is a very good movie because it has everything a good movie needs. Brilliant actors, a good story, action, friendship, and romance. Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon are impressive as Thelma and Louise. This movie belongs to them. We also meet Harvey Keitel, Michael Madsen and Brad Pitt ( his first film ), but the movie belongs to the women. Thelma and Louise goes on a vacation. They are planning to fish and relax, just get away from everything. Thelma from her demanding asshole of a husband, and Louise from her stressing job as a waitress. The vacation takes a total new turn when they stop to have some fun.
Soon they are wanted for murder and armed robbery. You really get to feel for Thelma and Louise, and get mad at the system and the people who chase them. These women are going through some changes as thing starting to happen. Louise who was the strong leadertype of the two, has a total breakdown, and Thelma who was insecured totally takes over, and reveils a brand new Thelma. The don`t fuck with me type of Thelma. This is a highly recommended movie, it also contains a commentarytrack as well as an alternative ending.
Thelma and Louise gets a 5.
