STONEFACE AGAINST STONEFACE IN THE BEST WESTERN EVER!
This is really a classic. "A few dollars more" is a golden piece of art! Clint Eastwood and Lee Van Cleef rules as the two bountykillers who decides to unite themselves against the worst bandit in the west and his gang. This classic belongs in every moviecollection, and it is the best westernmovie there is, along with "For a few dollars", and "The good, The bad and the ugly", also directed by the great Sergio Leone. This is a 6 on the 1-6 scale.

Wild West (Spain and Italy, that is)
As the Western movies was beginning to go a bit stale, the genre got some unexpected help from Europe. Sergio Leone`s spaghetti westerns offered a new angle to the whole Wild West myth.No lone gunmen with a heart of gold, desire to do good deeds and a good eye at the local beauty. The heroes in "For A Few Dollars More" are loners, alright, but cynical bounty hunters who have a lot more affection for gold than those local beauties. They don`t do particularly much good either, by the way.
However, Eastwood and Lee van Cleef`s gunfighters probably became role models for hordes of young men over the years.
I`m not gonna talk about the story of this film as it is entirely secondary. Infact, I find it a bit boring. That is not important though. This film looks great and sounds great (Morricone`s soundtrack has deservedly become legendary).
One of the coolest movies ever made.
